Okay all, here's my problem...
About one month ago, my hard drive in my computer was making insane clicking noises, and come to find out it was a read error problem that would eventually be very serious.
Well, I called up Maxtor and got an RMA number and sent it to them in certified mail. The damaged hard drive got there in perfect shape, in just half a week.
Now it comes to waiting.....week number....three...
I've called the company a total of twice about my hard drive not coming to my house. All they say is, 'We'll flag it and it'll be there in 2-3 business days'.
now I just sit here.....on a 'family' computer, <shudders> praying for my hard drive to come back.
