Does anyone have a contract they use when doing independent work?

I am working for a finance company that has hired me to develop some web applications for them. I am working independently meaning I'm a 1099.

I want to perhaps package and market what I am doing for this company to other companies. I want a work contract which, I have not presented to them yet that states that any code that I write is my intellectual property and not theirs.

I know that some of you AT'ers out there do contract work and was wondering if anyone had some work contracts either you or someone else had written up that I may base mine upon.
