Does anyone have a config for a looped QuakeIIITeam Arena demo

I want to test out my system.

Don't know the config. But when I want to check if my system is stable or not, I just run Prime95 in the background and play q3 for a few hours. If that checks, run 3dmark2000, then sandra.
