Does anyone have a car stereo that does HD radio?

I almost never have AM on, but a few AM stations do come in digital. My radio says it is getting a few stations in HD, but I don't listen to them enough to notice a difference between regular and HD.
 
They really market that "HD Radio" term to make it sound like it's high definition radio. It's meant to confuse people.
