Does anyone have 3ware 9650se raid controller? WHAT MOTHERBOARD works with this controller?

Can anyone confirm a recent motherboard that supports DDR2 and Quad that will work without problems with a 3ware 9650se 4x raid controller card?

It won't function properly on my p5b deluxe in the 4x pcie slot.

Please help! Desperate! Need to get this up and running.

I have Promise SuperTrak EX8350 (which is similar to your 9650se, basically the difference between a BFG 8800 and a EVGA 8800), and it works on a Gigabyte GA-N680SLI-DQ6 in one of the other 2 16x PCI-E slots. Not sure why yours doesn't work on the p5b deluxe as that second 16x slot is electrically a 4x device which is all the 3ware should need.

Toms Hardware used this on a Asus NCL-DS, but that is a XEON server board....
