I don't mind the double clicks since they have to make the cost somehow, and I take it they probably get some funds from the google ads.

And sorry for the delayed response but I've been extraordinarily busy recently and haven't had the time to focus on pics?
I got half way through the re-write before having to cut short and get on with real life, once things have settled at work and I have some more time again I'll get back onto it.

I said the EXACT same thing. The solution is...SHIFT+Click on the image. It brings it up without the thumbnail. Still kinda annoying if you ask me.
Doesnt work in Safari for me.

To downgrade pics.bbzzdd.com to its orginal old version. =( The new version is highly bloated and slow as heck.
someone do the honors =)

Although the new update seems pretty sweet, there are two problems that I have with it.
When looking at the last 20 uploads, I used to be able to view each picture that looked interesting by simply opening a new tab for each picture. Now when I do this, I have another thumbnail for every picture that I have to re-click in order to see the image. So if there's 10 interesting picture in the top 20, I now have to create 20 new tabs.
This is true for the searches too. It requires another step of clicking on the same thumbnail twice.
Also, the searches only show 10 results per page and the thumbnails are arranged vertically so you can only see 3 at a time. It seems like the previous search was a faster method.
Not that I'm complaining, all in all it looks pretty good. I just found these things to be a step back from the previous version. Just wondering what you guys thought

If anyone actually uses that, I would be happy to fix it.
I actually went to fix it the other day and it does not seem to like the new DB schema so I dropped it.

Once again, I'll have to make this statement clear:
QUIT BITCHING! IT'S FREE FOR YOU TO USE. IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, CREATE YOUR OWN SOFTWARE, HOST IT, AND THEN YOU'LL BE 100% SATISFIED!
That goes for every damn thing that's offered as a FREE service to you.
