Does anyone else use @charter.net email?

It sucks! I use charter pipeline, and they used to provide their customers with @earthlink.net email addresses. It wasn't until recently that they switched us to @charter.net email addresses.

The problem is that i cannot send any emails outbound! Well, i can send outbound to other @charter.net addresses, but that's about it. Does anyone know how to get around this?

Hrmm...did you change your outbound server to smtp.charter.net, or whatever it is that charter in your area uses?

Hah, a ghetto solution i could use is to leech off of the @earthlink.net smtp server. It still works 😛

Me and my wife both have @charter.net emails and we've never had any problems with the email.
Works perfectly fine.

Sounds like either you have something configured wrong or they have something wrong with their local mail servers.

I'd suggest you give them a call and see if you can get the problem fixed.
