In the morning when I first wake up and I stretch while laying in bed my right leg goes apeshit. It begins to shake violently and uncontrollably. After the stretch it goes back to normal with no issues.

Does anyone else have something like this occur to them?

If I do that I usually get that pain where your calf muscle locks up or whatever. Which is why I wait to get out of bed to stretch.

Yeah, happens to me. I have a somewhat crappy central nervous system, though.

I think I may have some CNS issues as well. I know at minimum I have a pinched nerve which affects the lower regions (although, I think it has all but rewired itself as I don't have the issues I used too).
