but the new bills.

I don't know why..but I love the smell of a new bill and if it's nice and flat and crisp and new....i save it.

I don't even want to know what goes in the _________.

supposedly every circulated bill higher than 10 or 20(forgot which), has traces of drugs like cocaine.... sniff away crackhead!

I was a teller for 4 years, and I hate how disgusting currency gets. You never know where its been, and sometimes its worse when you do know where its been. When I started handling the cash, I got sick a lot more often than I ever had.

I used my debit card as much as I can...

Almost if not everywhere on the human body...

Heck no... US money has a funky smell to it. It really does smell like an ass. I remember going to the bank and getting a thousand in bills for my trip to the US, and i thought the clerk gave me some funky bills (although they were new)... but then people verified that that's how it's suppose to smell.

Canadian money on the other hand, i do like the smell of it.

i think FARK linked to a story recently about how millions of dollars of US currecny each year had to be trashed by the treasury dept because of drug residue that was sniffable enough to get a buzz from

but you just like to smell new money because it smells new, and thats disturbing

how odd, I just thought today how much I liked the scent of new bills, and LO! I noticed this wonderful thread. Having said that, I can't wait until we have a completely paperless money system. I'm doing my part, I only ever see about 2% of my pay in actual currency, the rest is electronic.

After dealing with large ammounts of money every day I have gotten used to the chit smell money has. When I started I used to get headaches because bills smell like.... dog chit.
