Does anyone else have two paypal accounts: one personal and one business?

yes, one is for my business and the other is my personal account, but the business is obviously under my name

Yep.

Premier/Business - For eBay transactions where you can no longer specify "non-cc Paypal" and for my web host clients.

Personal - all other transactions, FS/FT transactions, receiving monthly re-occuring income from affiliates, referrals, etc.
