does anyone else have troubles cancelling malwarebytes?

Pretty much all options to manage subscriptions have vanished form their website. The company in charge of handling payment processing, cleverbridge, have removed pretty much all account maintenance services from their website. Malwarebytes official instructions to cancel are to use the link provided in any renewal email... never minding the fact that renewal emails no longer contain any cancellation link at all...
 
If you are using a paid version, open the program and select MY ACCOUNT in the upper right corner. You can then deactivate your MBAM with one click.
