I get charged twice for games that I order... And have to call and straighten it out
I put coupon codes in and still get charged full price for the Item

Is there any other places to get games?

EB and Gamestop both have had good service for me. I preorder from EB (if I want the game on the release date) and hit gamestop for deals (got my ps2 there) and mcfarlane action figures (they can be cheaper than other places sometimes).
