Does anyone else get tired of people asking them for donations?

I donate every year to Big Brothers, Big Sisters, and that's my big contribution. I also get Girl Scout cookies, which.. well.. that's mostly for me. 😉 But now I get requests for donations ALL THE TIME! I have two other friends that want me to give to the EXACT SAME BB,BS event (a bowl-a-thon) that I already contribute to, another friend that wants me to go on a pub crawl for charity (believe it or not, it's NOT for liver disease), and yet another that wants me to pledge to MS. Jesus. I know that $30 for the pub crawl isn't going to break me, but when do I get to say no? I feel like a jacka$$ every time I turn one of them down, but I can't afford to give $100's to charities every year.

You should just have your own charite ready so that when they ask you to donate ask them to also donate.

Yeah, call yer charity, "Ilmater Fund", where you collect money from ppl, and then distribute the money to the charities you want to give to.
