Does anyone else get this Friday off?

Here in CA all us state worker types get Friday June 11 off as a Day of Rmemberence. I guess a lot of federal employees get it off too, but do any others get it off? State workers from other states? Anyone?

We only get off 5 days a year, so the major holidays we get are 4th of July, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Memorial Day, and Thanks Giving.

Since we have to work with the Post Office and they are closed I'm giving my employees the day off if they wish, unpaid of course.
