Does anyone else find SanDisk flash drives to be slow?

Just wondering. Just purchased five Sony MicroVault 4GB drives, and two SanDisk Cruiser Glide 16GB drives.

Running the vconsole.com flash drive tester, the SanDisk were like 3.9MB/sec write, and 15MB/sec read.

The Sony 4GB drive, was 9MB/sec write, and 30MB/sec read.

I've also read other people's complaints about SanDisk drives being slow.

There was also a comment on this forum a long time ago about SanDisk being one of the first flash drive makers to use TLC NAND in their drives.
