Does anyone do custome mods or know a place that will do them?

I'm building a system, and I want to cut a custome window along with some fancy neon lighting and paintjob. Also want to mount handles and a top window. Will also need some fans installed.

Can anyone help me -- or give me a url to a place that does mods (Not PCMODS -- although I may buy stuff from them, they don't mod the cases I want)
