Does anyone build model cars?

I used to do this when I was like 10 years old. A couple weeks ago, I wanted to build another one, so I went and bought one. Started building it yesterday. These cars are still kinda cool

Anyone else build them?

i built about a dozen or so... never really could get to much into them.. some days my hands would work very well and i could put in some nice detail.. others i'd just keep messing up and it got aggravating... btw my father is amazing at these

yeah when i was younger. like 11-12. Usually the level 2 ones. Also made a few airplanes.

Look around on the internet, and it will get you all pumped up. I saw a model of like a Porsche 959 that was almost indistinguishable from a real car. I think the guy had 200+hours in it or something.

I used to do them in Junior High (10 years ago), I have about 20 of them sitting on a shelf in my closet. They are pretty cool though, but alas I'm depressed now and don't do a damn thing anymore. I have another 20 or so unbuilt still in their boxes, I bet they're worth something on eBay.

you should ask NFS4, he's into these..and he's posted some pics of them too...he did a pretty damn good job on them =)
