Does anyone besides USPS ship to PO Boxes?

I've called up Fedex, UPS, and DHL - none of them deliver to PO Boxes. Part of the issue is that I need to ship to Puerto Rico and so that doesn't help.

UPS or FedEx or whoever would still have to pay USPS the same as you would to deliver it to a PO Box. Why would you want to pay for it twice?

I dont know about the forwarding services intogamer mentioned, but I do know that some places like PostNet and Kinkos and MailBoxesINC and such will also allow you to recieve UPS and FedEx.

You know what really sucks? Sometimes UPS takes stuff even if it has a PO address.

I ordered something once (and my last time) from EB games and I put a PO box for the delivery address. Not only didnt they question it, they sent it over to UPS anyway.
And UPS didnt question it either. They took the damn package. Then (this is the good part) they delivered it to a random address out in town. I had to sit on the phone with the Service rep to figure out where it was, then make maps from Mapquest and drive out to the house, ring on the doorbell, and explain my situation. Luckily I got my game intact, but I didnt trust UPS anymore after that and still havent shopped at EB games.

They don't advertise it but UPS will deliver a package to the Post Office. I had this confirmed by my local UPS Store (who confirmed it with the driver that does their pickups).

I was shipping an Ebay item and just hit the buttons to ship it via UPS. A couple of hours after I dropped it off at the UPS Store I happened to notice that the address was a P.O. box. I called the store and got the info I mentioned above.

Basically, the Post Office is just like any other delivery address as far as UPS is concerned. The problem comes from the paople at the Post Office who don't appreciate having to handle a package they haven't been paid for and who can refuse the package which causes UPS to have to return it to you.
