Does anyone actually have a file planet premium/pay account?

I always thought "who the hell pays for that", and then I met a guy at work who did. Lets just say two words completely described this guy: "Not Patient"

I do and love it, I have had it for 4 or 5 years.

Its cheap, no lines and I get to demo stuff that only paying members can try.

Paid for one month so I could try the WoW stress test.

They double charged and I could never get in touch with them to remove one of the charges, (#@*@ bastards.

Definitely..I just contacted them for $155 in un-sent eBay merchandise, since Paypal didn't seem to be doing anything about it. Several days after I call the CC, Paypal refunds..coincidence? I dunno. 😛

I had one so I could get into the WoW "open" beta a week early. It helped a ton, because when the general public could sign up, the accounts were gone super fast, plus I was out of the newbie zones by that time.

I used it to download demos and stuff, it was kind of nice to not wait, plus the speeds will max out my 4mbit connection.

I didn't renew it though, because the amount of demos I was interested in was very low. I could see it being nice for the eventual 500mb Battlefield 2 patches though.
