Does anyoen think Apple will fix the Nano issue?

They won't fix it until the next generation. A lawsuit will come out and two years later everyone that bought the first generation will get a 50 credit for buying another Ipod.

I imagine they'll address it, remember just a year or two ago when there was that "dirty little secret" about the battery issue, where they said you had to buy a new one at first?

thats my bet

they will start to work on the problem now, they wont stop making them untill they have found a good replacement idea

next summer is my bet.. Nano 2, software upgrade, cover replacement, new 6gb version

It does scratch easy, but that's not enough to deter me from buying it or make me return it if I had bought it already.


There's quite a bit of surface scratches that can only be viewed under lit conditions at certain angles.
I'm very careful with it and have had it in my pocket with nothing else in it but my leather wallet, or the coin pocket of my jeans, so I don't know where the scratches came from.

A felt case should've been included with it.
