Does anybody use Movable Type for blogging?

I just installed Movable Type on my site. The templates/styles that are available are nice, but I'm after something a bit different.

Are there any good sites out there for templates or any wysiwyg editors that support MT tagging?

I'm trying to hack this design to MT.

Any particular reason for choosing MT over WordPress?

I looked at both web sites, read the feature list and I couldn't really see a big difference. I liked the fact that WP was open source from the beginning of it's existence and was going to go with that.

Their 5 minute install wasn't bad, especially with it built into Fantastico. Once it was actually installed, I didn't really care for the interface.

So, I spent most of a day trying to figure out how to get MT up and running (a huge weakness IMO), but once I had it, I immediately loved the setup, interface, most everything. Stupid reasons, I'll play with WP in VM to see if there's something I'm missing in that and I just might switch in the future. For now, MT is where it's at for me. ;
