Does anybody shop at sears online for their sales?

I'm trying to track the sales that Sears has online and I was wondering if anybody was aware of a sale/promotion better than what I'm about to describe.

The Tool Chest is Ball Bearing, was on sale at half off from $500, then there was a $5 off $50+ coupon applied, an online only 10% discount, and 4% cash back through Fatwallet, 6% cash back with credit card (limited promotion).

So with all of the above in mind, maybe disregarding the cash back with the CC, has there been sales just like that and or better with sears online? I just wanted to know if what I got was a "once in a lifetime" type thing or not.

Sears.com has some of the absolute worst customer service available anywhere on the net. I highly discourage it.

True that, and their computer system is a complete mess but....it's the only place to buy craftsman and while it isn't matco or snapon, it sure is a hell of a lot cheaper. I have a matco service cart and 3/8" ratchet with some sockets and extensions and I paid a pretty penny for it so when I saw the prices at sears, I knew that if I wanted to buy a substantial number of tools, I was going to have to go with craftsman as the higher quality brands are just too expensive for what I do.

I've always had good experiences with Sears. I also buy thru Sears.com and do in-store pick-up.

I bought a front door washer/dryer and they matched a better price elsewhere and still allowed me to take an additional 15% from a sale they had on appliances. Delivery and set-up was great. They've always given me no hassles when I've had to return/exchange stuff. And I've broken several Craftsman tools and they've replaced them on the spot with no issues.

Just got to your nearest Sears Outlet store. Sears Outlet > Sears. They have mostly b-stock items though.

price matched it the next day because it was cheaper
called again and price matched again.

Something tells me you haven't been to target.com You know what tools customer service has? You're looking at it. That's right, Targets customer service reps have the target.com sight and nothing else. They are unable to arrange credits, returns or, warranty information. You have to contact the manufacturer and, no, they do not have the contact information. They are there for one reason only so, Target can 'say' they have a customer service department.

Same here. They had the best price on a 42" 120Hz 1080p plasma of anyone on the net. I bought it online and picked it up at the store.

Helps when you have a Discover card. I use my card for my business purchases, which get reimbursed before the end of the billing cycle. I then use my cash back for gift cards (Sears is $50 GC for $45 cash back). I then shop through either Delta's SkyMilesShopping.com (and get 2 miles for every dollar spent) or through DiscoverCard.com (and get 5% cashback on the purchase.)

FYI K-Mart sells Craftsmen now too... Not sure what selection they have or how the prices compare....

Kmart should price match sears and vice versa. I'm a manager there. If you have any questions let me know. I know we don't like outside deals but if it doesn't affect us we're ok.

Some of the best deals you'll find when you use a sears card, but you really have to wait for the good ones. This past sunday it was an additional off of 10% and you didnt' have to use a sears card. It happens about once a quarter and is called friends and family night.

Also if you give me the item numbers you're interested in i can check the sales for you. lmk.
