Does anybody really know what time it is?

Well, how do we really know what "time" it is? After all, the means by which we measure time is wholly arbitrary: By collective agreement, we have more or less synchronized our watches worldwide. How do I know that the passage of time, let alone the entire reality you are experiencing is the same as my own?
