Does anybody know? Will ATI's Radeon A.I.W. 8500DV support 1600x1200 resolution through DVI out?

I am asking because last night I bought the PNY Verto GeForce4 Ti 4600 card. It claims to support res. up to 2048x1536 and it has DVI output so I assumed it would be fine.

It turns out that it will only provide DVI output at up to 1280x1024! This wont work since I am trying to find a card to go with a 1600x1200 native resolution monitor that accepts DVI (dell 2000fp.) This meant I had to drive back to the store to return it today.

Instead I got a decent deal on the Radeon AIW 8500DV.

Can anybody tell me for certain whether ATI's Radeon A.I.W. 8500DV will work at 1600x1200 (32bit color and 60Hz) through the digital feed?

I would especially like to hear if you have had luck with this setup in the past.

Thanks for any help you can provide!

I know the regular 7500/8500 radeons support 1600X1200 via DVI, but not sure about the 8500dv. This shows "1600 x 1200 x 16.7 Million (DVI)" (scroll down) so I assume it supports it as well.
