Does anybody know of a place (forums, perhaps)...

...where people that have business ideas in common can collaborate?

For instance, I have an idea regarding a market that is tremendously undersaturated (only two main companies in the US, and both of them offer sub-par equipment). I need people with electronics experience. Obviously, I'm not too eager to give many specifics yet.

Any suggestions? Do forums like this exist?

It's just the matter of finding somebody with complimentary technical know-how to get what I need developed.
