For instance, I have an idea regarding a market that is tremendously undersaturated (only two main companies in the US, and both of them offer sub-par equipment). I need people with electronics experience. Obviously, I'm not too eager to give many specifics yet.

Any suggestions? Do forums like this exist?

that's where I come in 😉

It's just the matter of finding somebody with complimentary technical know-how to get what I need developed.
