Vmware player 14 no longer starts and mentions that AMD-V is supported but disabled. I looked in the bios i could not find it.

Never mind.

VMware player works.
BIOS >>
Cpu configuration : SVM mode >> enabled : AMD-V enabled.
Northbridge configuration : SR-IOV support >> enabled : IOMMU enabled.

Even windows xp runs fine. :)

Out of curiosity, what made it stop working before? A BIOS update?

No,not at all. It is a fresh install, from the cardbox into the pc case.
I just went in the bios this morning to see if temperatures and voltages are ok.
Even ram is still running on 2133 MHz.
When all the software is installed, i can start tweaking ram speed. I will run memtest for a night when and if i can reach 2933MHz. The memory i have is 3200MHz at CL16 @1.35V. I figure if i run it a bit lower, my system will be properly balanced.

System is running very well. VMWare is running way faster than my good ol' piledriver apu.
