Does anybody know how to burn a .dmg file?

Supposedly it's a Mac only file. I was wondering is there anyway to convert it into .iso?

Reason I ask is because my mac HDD isn't big enough to hold the file to burn it. So I was wondering if I can somehow burn it on my PC.
