Does anybody know how to add a second "Dial-up Adapter" in network propeties in WinME?

i could do it in win98se but can't in WinME. the option is no longer there. it was called a "virtual dail-up adapter #2" in win98se i think. the reason i want to do this is to be able to use two modems and connection teaming.

i posted the same thing in GH. i would like to take advantage of two modems and two lines. and no, i cant afford or even get dsl yet.
