Does anybody here install Asus utilities?

Does anybody (especially overclockers) install all the Asus utilities that come with their motherboards? Most of it seems pretty useless to me except for the BIOS update utilities.
 
I have some of them installed, but the main ones I use are ExpressGate and FanXpert.

EDIT: Uh oh, I just read your post a little more closely. I wouldn't touch the ASUS Windows-based BIOS updater with a ten foot pole, personally. Heard too many horror stories about people ending up with a bricked BIOS using it.
