Does anybody here housesit?

I'm renting a room from my uncle at the moment - they're moving out of state in the immediate future, and he offered to rent me his house (cheap) until it sells. My other option is an apartment (about twice the cost of the house)...however, I was considering looking for people who go south for the winter (I'm in northern NH), and trying to find someone who would prefer their house to be occupied through the winter (we have some high-dollar homes that are vacant during the winter).

Soo, anybody familiar with this, or have any ideas where I should start looking?

I did it for my ex-girlfriend's boss for about 2 weeks. It was pretty sweet except for the whole cleaning everything up before she came back.
