Does anybody have the ECS k7VTA3 MOBO, i NEED HELP!!

I don't understand the directions to plug in the wires that go from the power button on the front of the case to some place on the mobo(which???), also i can't get the clips on the end of the ram memory recepticles to click into place....is this potentially harmful or just a nuisance if one of them falls out.....lastly, i can't figure out for sure what plug the case speaker fits in to? i would really appreciate the help, thanx!
