im looking for a pic of the end of a t1 line, the one that has like 1200 or 2400 wires in it, i cant remember right now, but would anybody happen to have a pic of this? thanks

I was assuming he meant for a telecom voice switch like an option 81 or 110 where it punches down to run cross-connects.

my mistake i was looking at a cross-cut section of a wire we have here, and it has 2400 wires inside and is labeled "50 T1's" (which i missed the first time ) anyway, would anybody happen to have a picture of what the end of THAT looks like. thanks again

btw, you guys are correct, you can use 2 or 4 wires for a t1

Follow the wire you were looking at till you get to the end... and take pictures to show the rest of us.

i cant. its just a hunk cut out of the larger cable, only about 4-5 inches long.
