Does anybody else's laptop LCD do this???

Sometimes, a high pitched noise will emanate from the LCD. I know for a fact its coming from the LCD cause sometimes it'll start when i open explorer, and stop when i close it. Open it again and its back, like a switch. Is this normal? ugh, this laptop is getting crappier every day 🙁
 
yeah, i noticed that it does that when certain windows are open. also when certain web pages are open. this really sucks 🙁 i just bought mine not too long ago too. what brand do you have??
