Does anybody else here play World of Darkness?

If so, what kind of character do you have? Stats?

Other than that, there's no real reason I'm asking, mostly curiosity I suppose.

I did in high school and college... since graduating, though, I haven't managed to find a good group for paper 'n pen gaming.

I used to play Vampire, we got into Werewolf briefly (this was when the game systems first came out and they were not a unified game at that point, they were modular)
We tried Mage but it was ridiculous (they've since cleaned it up I hear).
Honestly I don't remember any of my characters... all our Vampire games ended up being Brujah hack and slash parties, because we were doing it as a break from more structured and rigorous D&D gaming.

whitewolf games are d10. I actually have played a lot more whitewolf games then d&d, I just like to say that phrase.

This is my Vampire and my Werewolf. My Werewolf is my first character I created (I only started playing about 4 months ago), and my Vamp is my second (i.e., the character I like playing better because I knew more what I was doing when I made him) character.

It's a d10 system, but I don't think there's a reason you can't use d20's.

see it just doesn't work. 🙁 you don't use d20's in the game that the op is talking about, and you can't really. unless you are using it as a counter or something.

I've got the Vampire Requim and Werewolf Apocalypse books, and the WoD Core book, but no one to play with. I'm reasonably familiar with the d20 system, but WoD isn't d20, so I'd benefit greatly from a tutor or mentor.

PnP RP games seem to be a dying art, although I've seen some freaky looking people in the back of comic stores playing DnD. Usually its Magic though.

I hope you can find some people to play the game with, it's a lot of fun when you're among friends and you have more than two people.
