Does any1 know where to buy mini DVDr cases/wallets

I am looking for cd/dvdr wallets that hold those mini discs(like the gamecube ones), I cant seem to locate them anywhere..Ive tried google,Ebay,the places that sell discs. Anyone have any links or stores to check out. Thanks
