does anyone here own a Creative or MSI Ti200?

Creative Labs 3D Blaster GeForce3 Ti200

from what i can tell, they are the same cards, but with a different BIOS.

has anyone removed the heatsinks off the memory, and if so what ns rating are they?

Most GeForce 3 cards are "the same" mainly because the manufacturer choose to stay with the reference design.

The MSI GeForce 3 TI200 have 64MB and 128MB configurations, both with 4ns memory, and both run at 250MHz (500MHz DDR). The 128MB is about a few dolars from the 64MB one, so I say stick with the 128MB one.

The Creative one I don't know, but don't risk to get a 5ns memory, stick with MSI, they have a GREAT card and is cheap too, if you consider the top built quality.
