Does any MSI MBs have V adj. for memory(645 or 845 Ultra)?

I am finally getting my 1.6a and still not decided on the mb yet. I am thinking of getting the MSI 645 ultra for about $76 but not sure if it has V adj. for the DDR. I have cheap DDR that I got from CC with Hyundai chips!

Or can someone recommand a 845D board with V adj for memory!

I have the MSI 845 Ultra and you can up the voltage on DDR and AGP.
