does any memory manufacturer make a 512meg pc2100 or 2700 single sided stick of memory?

I checked with crucial & kingston, and they do make this memory. I need single sided memory for the intel 845 chipset, since it only supports 4 memory banks.
 
if u checked with crucial and kingston and u they make this memory, what's the problem?

btw i have 256 mb of single sided pc2100.
 
i talked to kingston and crucial today, and they said they do not have any 512meg pc2100 or 2700 memory that is single sided. do you have a part# for a 512meg that is single sided?
