does anand have to return his parts after he writes about them?

I heard on the screensavers that they have to send back parts after they try them out. I wonder if anand does?!?!

Having experience in this category, when he gets something early he may have to ship it to another reviewer, but he gets to keep a good # of his stuff...Although this site was considarably smaller. But if you notice he does sometimes go back to a product and give it another look (i.e. Viper II he updated the benches with new drivers).

you know it is possible that he actually goes out and buys them after they come out and after he sends back the one he got to test.

I'm pretty sure Anand gets to keep most of the things they send him to review. That's how he can do roundups etc. There's probably exceptions, certain products he has to return (such as a Kryotech machine), but for the most part he probably gets to keep the stuff, and probably gives a fairly good deal of it away to people that help him with projects or moderators etc.

Just my guess, I certainly don't have any inside knowledge on the matter.
