Does Anand have a luxury box at Raleigh's ESA???

Dammit!!! I could not get Stanley tix yesterday at 8am. The alumni group doesn't have Stanley tix. My regular Hornets hookup doesn't have Stanley tix. Even my l33t connection through Compuware's CEO (also owner of Hurricanes) didn't work!!! But dammit I need tix and I don't wanna pay a scalper! It shouldn't be this hard!!!

Actually...I can get tix to game 3 but I want game 1 tix!

I know Anand and Brandon et al are gonna be sittin in their corporate luxury box with wine and cheese and babes when the 'Canes play at home...

just taking a guess............but maybe the reason you couldnt get tickets to game one is because they are in colorado/detroit........just a thought.......

That's weird...cuz I coulda swore Ticketmaster showed ESA as the venue for Games 1, 2, and 3...but if that wasn't set in stone than maybe that's why I couldn't buy tickets???

Ahh, I stand corrected. It shows as 'Home Game 1', 'Home Game 2', and 'Home Game 3'. I can get tix for 'Home Game 3' which is really Game 5 I guess, which would suck if we get swept...

Me, hockey?? No friggin' way!!! I may have been born in Baltimore, but I sure in hell have no interest AT ALL in hockey. I can't even stand to watch the sport. Hell, I'd rather watch golf or watch grass grow

I've never been to a single Hurricanes home game at the ESA--I've been to five games during the inaugural season at Greensboro (anyone else from NC remember those Subway promotions? I'd just started college and I ate at Subway all the time for ticket discounts!!!) I don't like the ESA cuz 1) Stupid friggin name 2) Its NC State country 3) Its in Raleigh 4) Wolfpack plays there
