Does an Intel SE440BX-2 mobo support PIII's?

I currently have an Intel Seattle 440BX motherboard with a PII450. I'm thinking about upgrading my CPU but I'm not sure if it'll support a PIII or a Celeron 700mHz for that matter. Anybody have any insight to this?

yes it will work with a p3 but only with 100MHz FSB P3s.
