I met a man who has an ice cream company. He specializes in ice cream cakes and wants a website for his business. Does that make any sense? I mean does that kind of company even need a website? Who is gonna look for ice cream or ice cream cakes on the web? He said that shipping is really expensive b/c of the cost of dry ice, and I figure that most ppl would get that kind of thing locally. What do you think?

yes, it makes sense... so that customers and potential customers can get information about his products and services whenever convenient. i hate having to call a store to find out things. i would rather have all the information right there, on my computer. and you can use the site to allow customers to order things for later pick up.

True, true, those are good points and I never thought those. Plus think how creative you could be w/the buttons and flash intro.

are those prices competative? I remember seeing a thread in the Hot Deals forum for a cheaper host. It was a long thread though w/a lot of different opinions and links. Picking a host is a pain, I guess. thanks tho
