Does AMD FX (Bulldozer) fully work with Vista 64 bit?

I noticed that Windows 7 required a hotfix in order to use all 8 cores of the FX. Do all 8 cores work with Vista?

All 8 cores work on Windows 7. The hotfix is to improve performance, but the actual difference in performance has been tested to be around 1-7%.

If Vista lacks the hotfix, worst case scenario is a 7% performance reduction compared to Windows 7 with hotfix. It's not like it won't run or recognize all 8 cores, it will.
