Does AMD Cat 10.10 still have overscan issues?

Asked this at the tail end of someone else's thread but I figured it'd be easier to get an answer if I made a thread for it. I've been stuck on Cat 10.6 because any higher and I have overscan issues. Basically, every time I reboot (which is pretty often), my HDTV reverts back to not using the whole screen surface and I need to manually go into CCC and fix it, which is pretty annoying. 10.6 is the last driver version I've tried that doesn't have this problem (10.8 and 10.9 both do.) Could someone who has used 10.10 with a TV as a monitor please confirm whether the issue is fixed? Thanks!
