does amd 761 need fan?

if used normally, some o/c (maybe 140 fsb), does the amd 761 northbridge need a fan? or is a regular greenie heatsink good enough for stability?
 
if you dont plan to overclock the fsb much then a plain heatsink is fine

there are actually several amd 760 boards that dont come with hsf on the northbridge... msi and chaintech are two of them, they just have a heatsink
