Does Adidas make good cross trainers?

I found a pair of Adidas Jian M for $42 with FREE UPS shipping (after 30% off discount).

I believe Portland, Oregon is the US headquarters for Adidas and they have a store somewhere in NE Portland? Perhaps I should check these out in person before buying them but $42 with free shipping sounds like a good deal, no?

Thanks, I think I'll do that. I've always preferred Nike Cross Trainers.

I gave New Balance a try and they wore out way to quickly.

I had a pair of Adidas cross trainers which I liked and $42 shipped is a good deal.
