Does active chipset cooling do anything?

does putting lets say a tennmax fan on your chipset instead of those greenies help with ocing at all. I wanna know if anyone had seen improvements.

Might improve stability if it gets really hot. May help on i815E's if you want to play Quake 3 on the integrated i752...😉
