Does Abit KT7 support 266mhz bus Althon?

The board manual only states it support 200mhz bus but can I put a 1G 266mhz bus on this board?

No it doesnt support the 266Mhz FSB Athlon's.

well it depends if you can get your board up to a FSB over 133, probably not, if you put a 1ghz athlon 266 in your machine you were be running the chip less than 1ghz unless you raise the clock multiplier
