Does a Windows 98SE OEM disk qualify for XP upgrade?

Question is same as above. Does an OEM win98se disk qualify for the windows XP home upgrade.

Probably a stupid question, but I want to be sure.

not quite sure if i understand correctly. if you mean you have an OEM version of 98 installed, then yes you can upgrade to XP if you have a Win XP disk.

if you mean that you have a win 98 disk that might qualify for some special promo on win xp upgrade offers then I'm not sure. you should contact the company offering the upgrade offer about this.
